Contribute FeedbackFlora Indica, located in the heart of West Brompton, is a stylish and unique Indian restaurant that pays tribute to Scottish botanists who explored and catalogued exotic plants in India. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu with interesting twists on traditional Indian dishes, offering a range of small plates and mouth-watering mains. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a special night out. The service is commendable, although there have been some hiccups with trainees in the past. Despite a few minor setbacks, the overall dining experience at Flora Indica is delightful, with standout dishes like the Jerusalemer artichoke chaat and the malwani prawn yellow tomato chutney. While some reviewers found the prices to be on the high side, the quality of the food and the extensive wine list make it a worthwhile visit. Visitors are also highly recommended to try the signature Red Leicester naan. Overall, Flora Indica offers a wonderful culinary experience worth trying, especially for those looking for a unique Indian dining experience in the area.
Let me begin by saying that I'm very particular about Indian food - flavors, presentation and serviceFlora Indica nails it on every front.
We stopped here for dinner after reading some Reviews and it did not disappoint! Casual ambiance with great decor! Small portions but great for sharing and
I ate here twice on a recent trip to LondonThe menu offers some modern twists on classic Indian dishes along with the more traditional fare.
'Mr Wing' is the ONLY Chinese restaurant worth visiting in Earl's Court. The food is on a par with 'The Good Earth' 'Royal China' restaurants with a character all of its own.It is fairly expensive and you are paying for the atmosphere and decorations such as the waterfall but for a treat it is worth it.You could always takeaway your favourite dishes as, trust me, they will be easily better than their local competitors. They also deliver via 'Room Service' for an addtional fee.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
