The reservation was not honored. We were denied entry due to the pub’s policy of only allowing football fans with membership proof on days when Arsenal is playing. This should be clearly communicated during the booking process or offered as an alternative at that time. The organization was very poor, and it was quite uncomfortable for us as customers.
