Nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, Eggbreak offers a cozy, rustic ambiance perfect for brunch enthusiasts. Although not wheelchair accessible, the cheerful staff provide a warm welcome. While the Notting Hill location lacks the famed Thali platter offered at Covent Garden, its food delights with standout dishes like delicious lamb chops and crab cakes. Diners rave about the inventive brunch menu, featuring items like cornflake French toast and turmeric lattes. With a laid-back vibe and bustling atmosphere, Eggbreak has quickly become a go-to spot for breakfast and brunch lovers, especially following the closure of rival establishments.

Was reading about best breakfast joints in the city and this popped up. Lovely place, extremely courteous staff and above all delicious food. Called for the O'fresco (carrot, lime, ginger, apple, orange), Turmeric latte, Crab cakes and poached eggs and the cornflake french toast. The crab cakes were a delight. Lovely poached eggs, creamy Sriracha hollandaise, crispy crab cakes and some lemon for cut through the creaminess. The addition of cornflakes to the French toast gave a consistent crunch to the toast and the maple syrup was quite nice too. Simple menu but some killer dishes.

Firstly, restaurant is not wheelchair accessible! However, the staff did assist me in and were very jolly (they recognised that I had driven across London and probably felt uncomfortable with turning me away). I did not realise that the Notting Hill branch does not serve the Thali platter this is only available at Covent Garden. Food was better than I expected...Lamb Chops were delicious and highly recommended!

Overall, the food was delicious, though it leaned towards being a bit spicy. However, it was quite pricey.
