This restaurant was a bit of a disappointment given the good reviews. We ordered the mixed platter but only received 3 of the 4 items set out on the menu. When we complained the waiter insisted that Onion Bhaji and Vegetable Pakora was the same item, which I know it's not. We still got charged the full price. What TorG doesn't like about Eastern Eye Balti House:
We went here because it has great reviews on Google but neither the food nor the service lived up to expectations. The curries and condiments were full of sugar, the service was extremely slow and the servers were quite rude and abrupt at times. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. View all feedback.
This place is great! We tried a variety of different foods and it was all amazing and spicy!! I recommend!
Took 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Unprofessional behaviour. Food was not that great. There is way more better restaurants in Brick Lane.
We went in as it was the 4th place offering us a deal by a barker on the street "free beer" etc.
Great deal, friendly people. Good service and a nice laid back atmosphere. Also accommodated tikka masala Madras HOT as requested.
Fab food and plenty of it. Best curry in Tewkesbury!
