Great welcoming from the manager,at bit of time to wait for getting a table but for good things you always have to wait, the manager surprises us whit tiramisù birthday and they also sing the song for my wife. Everything was perfect…..

Food is ok but not welcoming in first and not good hosting never again …. Very small please and tables are so close to each other to hold that number of people with not welcoming supervisor !!

Nice Italian restaurant and (relatively) reasonably priced in Mayfair. I had the chicken salad which was very good. Risotto also looked good. Very large pizzas looked amazing, but it was Monday lunch so… Shout out to the wine list as well if you are in to that mark ups looked pretty good at the higher end. Service was excellent.

Had an exceptional lunch here with my wife. The chicken milanese was fantastic and the pizza was so, so good. We loved our food! Service was excellent and, of course, because this is an Italian restaurant, the post meal espresso was excellent. Five stars!

Delfino is good choice for families and quiet evening. In Mayfair but not too posh. Pizza was the highlight. The service was inconsistent. Pizza came out before starter and wine. Lasagna was also very good and the arancini starter. Little pricey for what you get. Best thing about Delfino is food quality.
