The Papdi Chaat was described as delicious, but the chicken tikka butter masala dish was average. The Lucknow Biryani and naan breads received mixed reviews. Some patrons found the dessert to be underwhelming, with a burnt flavor noted. Another guest was disappointed by the service and food quality. However, those who had a positive experience praised the scrumptious dishes and friendly staff. The restaurant's set menu was highlighted for being incredible value, with spicy and delicious items. The chaats received particular praise, with the samosa chaat described as sublime. Vegetarian options were appreciated by some guests, with favorites including paneer butter masala and kabuli kofta. The butter chicken was a standout dish for many, highlighting the rich flavors of the modern Indian cuisine. Overall, Cinnamon Bazaar offers a range of dishes with varying levels of satisfaction, but may be worth a try for those seeking a unique dining experience.
Fantastic evening meal. make sure they book-it was quiet at 17.00 when we had booked but very quickly filled. the a la carte menu has many options-we had a chaat and a main meal each and it was easy to share. the butter chicken is the outstanding dish - incredible taste. the staff is great and the food is served quickly and with care. highly recommended.
If they are after a delicious light bite or a full of contemporary Indian menu, please try this place! they will not be disappointed. the choice on the menu is limited and starter are what I would call Indian street style with a swirl. each mouthful is a taste explosion and while the cocktails are standard london price, they are delicious, I would have the lamb rogan josh brains pie....following from the cosier cough as dessert (if not the menu has changed). the personal is so friendly and welcoming. we were in and although they were fully booked happy yet found space for us. I was in three of viveks restaurants and have the cinnamon kitchen in battersea on my restaurant bucket list.
Very tasty eating and a nice selection of vegans. the Samosa Chaat was very tasty and the kokoskheer was also beautiful. I had to send the roti back as if it was a bit “heel” inside, but they changed it for a new one immediately. service very good to apostolo served us). would definitely go back.
Incredible food, great ambiente and attentive friendly service. the chaats were delicious and have beautiful spicy hits from chilis the Samosa chaat was simply sublime. due bein curry and double boiled pigs boil were also delicious! the actual showtopper was the house that I could sit there all day with a bowl of dal and roti. a wonderful evening meal, full of fresh, more lively aromas.
Amazing experience! Every single dish and drink was exceptional. The service was friendly, cracking jokes and making everyone feel at home. We will be back! The veggie dishes are incredible and in my opinion even better than the meat ones! So it’s a good options for vegetarians and groups of people with mixed diets!
