Contribute FeedbackLast night's experience at the restaurant left patrons disappointed with small portions of mediocre food, a limited menu, and poor service. With broken TVs during UFC280 and slow drink service, customers were let down. However, some customers enjoyed the atmosphere for watching sports and received excellent service from a helpful staff member. Despite the mixed reviews, some guests found the experience amazing, praising the courteous staff, stunning views, and delicious food and drinks. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a range of experiences to offer, from disappointing to fantastic, making it a hit or miss destination.

Waited over an hour for our food. WOuldn't rush back
Service was painful, waiter understood very little English, made it quite frustrating as kept coming back and asking and checking everything... No blinds in window so sun shining right in made it uncomfortable. Having said that they were in no way unpleasant.
Very enjoyable meal and the staff were excellent. Unfortunately for them the gas was off so limited the food options. Will definitely be back
My experience at the restaurant while watching the NZLvWAL game was not as expected. The staff seemed disorganized, with only two servers taking orders while the rest stood behind the bar. It took 30 minutes to get our coffees and another 15 minutes for our food, which was disappointing. Despite a promising menu, the dishes were mediocre. When I mentioned the long wait to the manager, they blamed it on being busy. However, considering they opened early for the Rugby World Cup, it shouldn't have been a surprise. It's a shame because the setup with the screens was great.
