While some dishes tantalize, the menu leans heavily on English breakfast staples, disappointing those seeking traditional Italian fare. The limited selection of cakes impresses with quality and portion sizes, though coffee enthusiasts may be let down by inconsistent espresso servings. Service is friendly but often inattentive, leading to occasional lapses like missed water requests or delayed cutlery. Despite these shortcomings, the inviting atmosphere and delectable options make it a tempting choice for cake lovers rather than Italian breakfast aficionados.
The food and the ambient was good, the people were nice to but I think they could improve their service by paying attention on what the customer asks. I asked for tap water and they havenât given that as well as, when food was surged they didnât give the cutlery up until we asked. Apart from that I think it was good âºï¸
Not very attentive waiting staff, food proton was ridiculously small and reservation was not taken seriously.
Certainly not the place where they want to get an Italian breakfast. most of the choices are English breakfast with another name. you don't eat eggs in Italian in the morning and eat nothing salty. they do not even have croissants in the menu. felt very disappointed there is a very limited selection of cakes in the table, but the quality and size of the portions are very good. Nevertheless, they have no idea how to use espresso. the one I ordered came cold without sugar on the side and without glass water. when I complained, the staff that is so polite immediately took the coffee back and brought another, warm. espresso is hot not cold served, not warm waiting times are also quite long and eating was not all served together. I would come back to get a little more great cake, but do not eat and certainly not look for an Italian breakfast.
Itsu is a fast casual restaurant with a slightly higher feeling, but with reasonable trips. the menu is Asian inspired and seems to be more engraved in Japanese. the vegan offers of itsu have expanded considerably in the course of the years to include some delicious offers that are all marked on the menu and on the food packaging. the detox miso noodle soup is still one of my favorites (and it is low calorie, but sometimes it can have too much soultang (depending on who does it) my new favorite menus include the veggie dragon roll (complete with vegan mayo,! the veggie meatballs coconut soup and the veggie gyoza noodle bowl. there are many additional vegan and vegetarian options offered not in my review that are also worth trying. as already mentioned, everything is marked on the menu and on the packaging. most employees seem pretty conscious and worth knowing for vegan options (a more common and accepted diet in Britain, if they ask to have ingredients menu items. (I personally would rate this a 3.5 because it is a chain, but it is pushed up to 4 because the half-value ratings are not allowed, and this is actually a nice, higher quality and healthy food option.
Increase the number of vegan options. tasty and reliable. somewhat more expensive than some almost food places, but I would say it worth it. I enjoy the gyozas, vegan hot rice box hot nudelbox. they also have vegan chocolate puddings and their chocolate salted energy bar is so addictive
