While some dishes tantalize, the menu leans heavily on English breakfast staples, disappointing those seeking traditional Italian fare. The limited selection of cakes impresses with quality and portion sizes, though coffee enthusiasts may be let down by inconsistent espresso servings. Service is friendly but often inattentive, leading to occasional lapses like missed water requests or delayed cutlery. Despite these shortcomings, the inviting atmosphere and delectable options make it a tempting choice for cake lovers rather than Italian breakfast aficionados.
Itsu is a fast casual restaurant with a slightly higher feeling, but with reasonable trips. the menu is Asian inspired and seems to be more engraved in Japanese. the vegan offers of itsu have expanded considerably in the course of the years to include some delicious offers that are all marked on the menu and on the food packaging. the detox miso noodle soup is still one of my favorites (and it is low calorie, but sometimes it can have too much soultang (depending on who does it) my new favorite menus include the veggie dragon roll (complete with vegan mayo,! the veggie meatballs coconut soup and the veggie gyoza noodle bowl. there are many additional vegan and vegetarian options offered not in my review that are also worth trying. as already mentioned, everything is marked on the menu and on the packaging. most employees seem pretty conscious and worth knowing for vegan options (a more common and accepted diet in Britain, if they ask to have ingredients menu items. (I personally would rate this a 3.5 because it is a chain, but it is pushed up to 4 because the half-value ratings are not allowed, and this is actually a nice, higher quality and healthy food option.
Increase the number of vegan options. tasty and reliable. somewhat more expensive than some almost food places, but I would say it worth it. I enjoy the gyozas, vegan hot rice box hot nudelbox. they also have vegan chocolate puddings and their chocolate salted energy bar is so addictive
The food and atmosphere were good, the staff was friendly, but I believe they could enhance their service by listening closely to customer requests. I requested tap water, but it was not provided, and we had to ask for cutlery when the food arrived. Despite these minor issues, overall I still think it was a good experience.
This is definitely not the place to go if you're looking for an Italian breakfast. Most of the options on the menu are English breakfast dishes with different names. In Italy, it's not common to eat eggs or anything salty in the morning, and they don't even offer croissants. I was very disappointed. The selection of cakes is limited, but the quality and portion sizes are good. However, the staff doesn't seem to know how to serve espresso properly. The coffee I ordered was cold, without sugar on the side or a glass of water. When I complained, the polite but busy staff immediately replaced it with a warm espresso. Espresso should be served hot, not cold or warm. The wait times are long, and the food wasn't all served at the same time. I might return for the cake, but I definitely won't be dining in or expecting an Italian breakfast.
The food and the ambient was good, the people were nice to but I think they could improve their service by paying attention on what the customer asks. I asked for tap water and they havenât given that as well as, when food was surged they didnât give the cutlery up until we asked. Apart from that I think it was good âºï¸
