The place was really cold. Even after they turned on extra heating. The starters were really good, especially the shredded lamb. The mains were awful, Schezwan chicken was in a sweet n sour sauce which they took back and modified by adding garlic and chilli and it was just a bright red from food colour. They need to fix heating and work on the mains. However the staff were excellent, polite and very attentive. View all feedback.
What Jordan Miller doesn't like about BOMBAY CHOW:
delicious eating, nice personal, average ambiente, but pathethical service. too slow, only they visit this place when they have hours. we ordered kun pao kartoffeln, schezwan lolipop and triple schezwan sizzler. everything was beautiful. Manchowsuppe was average. View all feedback.
Little removed from the heart of london, but worth checking out! Delicious food (be sure to say no MSG!)The only part that sucked was the service.
This was highly recommended by a friend so paid a visit few days ago.
Bombay Chow is one of the few restaurants in London specialising in Indochinese food, located near Ravenscourt Station.
We have had bombay chow food a number of times and the food every time was top notch! But this time we ordered lolipop(which i have had before) and triple schezwan (ordered first time) it was not at all up to your standards!
Good food but very poor customer service. Manager was not aware which credit cards were accepted by the card reader and during payment when my cards weren't being accepted by the reader, he kept on blaming that my cards didn't work and that his reader accepted all debit/credit cards!
