Amazing place! Very tasty food, interesting cocktails and great vibe! Open kitchen adds to the charm. Tahini ice cream was a treat, would highly recommend the place and will be back. View all feedback.
What Alex doesn't like about Berber & Q:
Honestly it's the most overrated, fake and unpleasant place overall. I haven't had such bad experience in a while and that's something. The food was ok, but there are no prices on the menu, no breakdowns of what you've ordered and the service is absolute garbage. You just end up paying blindly. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you are considering going there with a group of people or alone. View all feedback.
Normally I write no bad criticism, I am definitiw not a grief and not hard to be satisfied as I have worked in the hospitality industry most of my life and I always know how to close an eye on small dinge and flaws. I. and my partner booked a table for brunch and we were so impressed by the Eastern European food card and the atmosphere was very asking. we have received 2 massive bowls of foods that would not fit on the table and the waitress expected us to do something about it, as it is obvious that it would not fit on a small table, we pulled the drinks on the next table and that is okay still very happy and not let the details go. while we start eating, we realize that every tablet 2 of every plate is obviously because we then only eat 1 of the tablet, we approached the waitress who explains that we did not order for 2 for 4 and so we will not only pay extra £28 on the bill for someone mistakes, but also much food is wasted so that we have to pack this for the withdrawal. the answer was totally repulsive and sadly she had no idea what we said and took both dishes just off to pack herself to take away. no apologies no apprehension when she realized that she ordered twice the whole brunch that we take him away so it is not wasted. this is a-shame, because eating was excellent and turned all the exciting experience into disgust and disappointment. I really think only half the basic knowledge of the menu that we learn in a few minutes by being necessary to avoid these misunderstandings and errors, because the general atmosphere and quality of food really corresponds to the standards.
We had a really delicious dinner in berber and q. we were looking for a something funky restaurant with a good atmosphere and we found it in any case. the staff was very attentive and eating was great! the only reason I didn't have 5 stars...was because there was a relatiw small amount of food for the price. that said eating was really delicious. the cauliflower and the pork bell were highlights!
First, eating in this restaurant is absolutely incredible! especially the porridge and baked eggplant dishes. they were the stand of the dingen we ate. friendly staff, but the restaurant was very loud because of the music. that made it hard to hear. other people in our group or personal.
We came to eat here. we sat at the bar that wasn't an abuse. when ordering a pint of her house we were told to serve only 1/3 pints (they were the same price as a normal pint otherwise where) it was a warm camp. it took 30 minutes for someone to ask us if we were okay? at this point we had sought a better place to eat. When I asked to pay the bill on a single 1/3 warehouse, I was shocked to see a service fee? apparently served a warm camp and ignored for 30 deserves a service fee! not the happiest of customers
Pre booked to avoid disappointment and was well worth it. There was a great atmosphere with great music and friendly staff. We were made very welcome and were given excellent suggestions on what to order. The smoked chicken was fantastic, and I would absolutely order...the Baba Ganoush. The couple extra to us had the cauliflower I will be ordering that next time!
