The food was good, decent portions sizes too. However the AC was so cold (it’s winter by the way) and it only got more the further into the meal we got. My partner and I were both cold. View all feedback.
What Mandy Klaus doesn't like about Afternoon tea at Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton:
Would recommend the Marble Arch branch as that’s all I’ll be visiting from now on. After mistakenly ordering the wrong thing, the manager refused to bring out a different starter because the waitress sneakily brought it out of the kitchen despite us asking her not to, as we confirmed we ordered the wrong thing whilst it was still in the kitchen. Location: this hotel is located in the heart of fitzrovia. my favorite part is that it is only a few steps away from warren st station, so it is extremely convenient.
In advance! avoid them at all costs! the absolutely smallest hotel room I've ever seen. they could also call this place a hostel and not a hotel. if I.
Our family has rented three rooms over Christmas, 2019. the rooms are quite good, nothing special, small size, stains on carpet, very used furniture. most.
The food quality was poor, the service was mediocre at best, and the prices were too high. My steak was tough, the lobster was unremarkable, and the beef tacos were bland. The service was slow and inattentive, despite there being only one other table of diners. The only good part of the meal was the wine and chips, but even they were nothing special. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The food was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. The service was prompt and friendly. We all had a great dining experience.
