Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lomita

I had an exceptional experience at Popeyes drive-through, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Dillon! From the moment I placed my order to receiving my delicious meal, Dillon's friendly demeanor and efficient approach truly stood out. He ensured my order was accurate and promptly delivered, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The food was as delectable as always, but Dillon's exceptional customer service elevated the experience to a new level. I just went to two differerent Popeyes. The one further up PCH in Torrance is terrible. But this one at this location is actually really good. The chicken sandwich is cooked properly and didn't have a weird texture like the other place. I'll come here from now on.

The chicken at this Popeyes’ is terrible! The chicken breast is dark, tough and dried out! I couldn’t eat it because it was so tough! I won’t be back! I’m going to go to where they know how to make it light, crispy and juicy like it’s supposed to be!

Everything is great. But the way charge for sauces depends on who is on the counter that day.

Ordered mac cheese around 9pm and they refused to make more. I was told they were out but I think they just didn't want to bother making more. Disappointing.
