I met la reyna de la cocina, since I have seen her amazing pictures that float around the group of foods, and I am so stolen I did! is everything exactly what I wanted? the birrie itself is mild and tasty, and the consommé is perfect; it has the correct amount of milder heat with layers and layers of taste. they gave us tacos and quesadilla/mulitas-ish tacos, with perfect guacamole and salsa on the side. the salsa is sharp! it tastes like really fresh and sweet tomats with a saltiness and a pop of flavor, we have loved it. Finally, the beans. I will eat only about all half-decent rice and beef when I come from Mexican food, but my favorite beans are always those who beat exactly like this mild in taste (they don't need a ****-tone extra flavored or all that is their natural taste!

Sherrie catered my baby shower and her food was delishious. Everyone there loved it. Highly reccomend.

The birria was mild and delicious, and the consommé was perfect, with just the right amount of mild heat and layers of flavor. We were served tacos and quesadilla/mulitas tacos, along with perfect guacamole and salsa on the side. The salsa had a spicy kick and tasted like fresh, sweet tomatoes with a hint of saltiness and spice - we loved it. The beans were also a standout, mild in flavor and creamy in consistency, topped with cheese. If you need catering for a party or the Super Bowl, I highly recommend contacting her. She truly is the queen of the kitchen!

The tamales, especially the pork, at this restaurant are the best I've ever had. The chef is fantastic and all of her dishes are highly recommended. The deliveries are always punctual.
