The service is usually fast, although if they are full of blows they do not reach everything. It's well parked and it's comfortable to catch a flight later.

But the food was all below any expectation which is a shame as we ordered quite basic Spanish stuff that we hoped they know well.

But to be f... read more The restaurant is in the Holiday Inn of Bilbao airport. This is not a place to go for dinner if you are in Bilbao as this more cafeteria style food. But to be fair if you are staying in the Holiday Inn because you need to catch an early flight from BIO or your flight was cancelled, this a very fair place. Menu is reduced to a short list of cold and hot appetizers and “platos combinados” (permutations of fries, eggs, steak, salad, fish, chicken, ham). But if the aim is to have a bite before going to sleep it is fine.

Food was overpriced, and had close to no seasoning, and the meat was tuff. Also our waiter never came so another person had to fill in for them. The new waitress was polite, and faster in service.
