Pamendis Italian Grill - Loganville

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken to-go and noticed there was live music for diners inside. I come here occasionally to see if the food's quality has changed. Previously, I haven’t enjoyed the red sauce dishes as they seemed too acidic for my taste. Tonight, the Alfredo sauce was much improved, but the chicken wasn't very good, so I ended up pushing it aside. Many others seem to really enjoy the food here, but for me, that's the weakest aspect. The service and atmosphere are excellent, but I would prefer to drive to Provinos in Snellville for better taste and value.

Think carefully before choosing them for your catering needs! First, the order was completely incorrect. Second, the food arrived cold because it was supposed to be delivered, but when we called to check, we were told it was waiting for pickup. We were there the day the order was placed and heard the staff member confirming the delivery with the owner on the phone! Third, the bread was hard and dry, lacking any butter or spreads. This was for a special occasion, and we were extremely disappointed with the service from this restaurant. We will never use them again or dine there!

We visited the restaurant with some friends, and it was fantastic! There was a singer performing inside, and although I'm not certain if he's there every day, his voice was remarkable. The food was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The only downside was that it felt a bit understaffed; everything we needed—whether it was questions about the menu, drinks, or finally paying our bill—seemed to take longer than expected, almost feeling like a chore. Overall, however, it was a great experience, and I believe this was just an isolated incident!
