The lines are always long, without fail, which leads to slow service. Additionally, the food never seems fresh to me. It might be better for some, but it's disappointing overall.
I visited the drive-thru for breakfast. The woman who took my order was friendly and cheerful. My biscuit was delightful.
I have been to this location several times and every time I go there is a Caucasian lady by the name of Jennifer at the front counter who is always extremely rude to black people. I have literally experienced this discrimination and disrespect from her several times.. This lady has no patience whatsoever and doesn’t need to be in customer service. Her tone and patience with white people is total different and she is kind and patient with them. Thus needs to be addressed right away.
