I've never understood the fanaticism with which people treat Portillo's. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are overcooked and dry, while the hot dogs have no snap. The sides are average, but they do have a decent salad. Place was clean and busy. Customer service was okay, seemed like some people weren’t happy to be working. Food was great as I remembered when I was a kid.
Staff is all behind the counter so no waitresses but good food
The food was delicious. I couldn't eat all my double cheese burger.
I cant go wrong with portillo's great place love it
