Old Town Pour House (oak Brook Center — Oak Brook)

If you end up with Kathleen as your sever, she’s amazing! Only giving 4 stars because the food did take a while to come out. However, Kathleen made sure we were well taken care of!

My boyfriend and I came in on a weekday evening to celebrate my birthday. We got seated earlier than our reservation time, which was fantastic. Our awesome server that we had that evening was Kathleen. She hooked us up with all sorts of good recommendations for food and drinks. She even gave us a surprise bday dessert, which was amazing. Overall had a great experience and would definitely come back in the future.

Is it a family restaurant for a 10 month old baby and grandparents?

I know places are struggling with staff right now, but this didn't seem to be the case here. Our server was very friendly, but would come back every 25 mins for a party of 5. We were told “last call” took place for brunch so we could not order, but were never informed there was even a last call to begin with. And it was still 2:45 and it ended at 3 pm. Many places rush you out these days and this place def does not so that was a positive. Other than that everything else was just “ok.”

Drinks and food are good. Service is horrible. I waited over a half an hour to “meet” my waitress, she just wanted to pop by so I could meet her. Seriously, there are a ton of other places at Oak Brook Center, take your money there.
