In the past I would have always given 5 . But it’s been 3 weeks since my bad experience and I’ve messaged over and over, and never gotten any response, so now I’m making it public. I usually love this place. I called in for a reservation and they don’t take them for 2 people. That’s ok. We get to the restaurant and are informed it’ll be a 30 min wait. Ok no problem. I tell the lady at the reception desk I’ll eat at the bar if room opens up not picky at all. She says ok.
