Contribute Feedback What Chaffee Thanh N likes about Five Guys:
Big burgers, lots of fries and free peanuts. Went with my family and 3 of us ordered bacon burgers and none of us got bacon. Had to ask for it. Not sure why they missed it. Other than that, burgers were great! Greasy though! My youngest filled up on roasted peanuts. Only complaint is that it was somewhat pricey. Over 60 bucks for a family of 4 for burger and fries. What s131951 doesn't like about Five Guys:
The prices were a shock. $54 for two burgers, two medium fries, and two milkshakes. Burgers were tasty. Fries were so-so. I did not care for the chocolate milkshake. Tasted faintly of mint and bad bourbon. It has been several years since my last visit. Likely be quite a while before I visit again. View all feedback.
30 dollars for just 2 burgers. Compared to the other five guys location like Mount prospect, Vernon hills and Kildeer the one in Schaumburg is by far the worst, not even on the same level. If you like your cheese on one side, lettuce on the other and pickles stacked on top of each other this is the place to go. Not to mention the incompetent employees who don't bother calling out that the order is ready, placing it on the top shelf, then go in the back room, knowing I am waiting for it.
Fast service. Friendly staff. Fresh food and nice paint job. Customer atmosphere was pleasant.
Missing 1 burger when food was ready. Employees were horsing around and not paying close attention to working. Great food…but a bit expensive.
Oof…My husband and I both got food poisoning after eating at this location. The beef was well cooked so we’re assuming it was cross contamination from them not washing surfaces or their hands after handling raw meat etc.
Good tasting food, not where to go if you want something healthy though.
