As we were checking ou... read more 2 women that were working the counter greeted us which was nice. I brought my 7 year old son to get a slushy and a few items for my self. As we were checking out one of the women was telling the other a story. Which normally is fine. But this time when she was telling the story she cursed right in from of my son. She was preoccupied with her cell phone and m... read more I experienced terrible customer service during the evening shift, particularly with a young lady who has red hair. She was preoccupied with her cell phone and made me wait until she was finished before assisting me. Additionally, when I asked for help with the coffee machine, she chose to give me instructions from afar instead of coming over to show me, despite my request for assistance.

The venue played a significant role in making our celebration so enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and my guests were absolutely delighted. We will definitely return for more celebrations in the future. Thank you very much!
