Boston Market - Feedback

What Martie C likes about Boston Market:
I drove several miles to go to this Boston Market because the one in my town was closed due to staff shortages. There was no heat in the building on that icy cold night, but the staff were smiling and helpful nonetheless. Our family craved Boston Market, so we were thrilled they could dish up our favorites despite their HVAC challenges. They even suggested a couple of variations to make our meal even better. I don't usually take the time to actually write a review unless I love everything, I was treated poorly or if I experience issues multiple times. This is now the 3rd time we've ordered and the 3rd time we've had missing items or an entire order never makes it to my door....I know, shame on me, but I prefer to give the benefit of the doubt because I'm a restaurant manager myself.
