Got what was expected. Coffee was bland. Service was excellent. At least they are consistent across all the stores on these two points. Still beats mc Donald's across the road View all feedback.
Been here a few times while visiting with the family. Place is comfortable, coffee is okay and the food is pretty good. Unexciting, but sometimes you just want a reliable and predictable cafe. Breakfasts are good and hearty and the toasted sandwiches are great. kgex.com.au
Nice coffee here and the food quality was okay with no cheap-outs in using their ingredients. The service was fast and efficient and coffee standards were good at a sufficient strength & aroma. Great place to hangout!
Wandering around in Springwood area early this morning, I did not like to get cup of coffee at McCafe, so I tried this Coffee Club at Cinderella Drive. This place is siutated at an evlevated position so it is pretty confortable to look out and enjoy the fresh breeze while zipping the coffee. It is a cafe and restaurant type so dining area is quite spacious. However, the let-down is the attitude of the waitress and I have not had such robotic service for a long time. I wonder if there is any training from Coffee Club to the staff as she dropped my coffee without saying anything but the handle of the mug was facing far to my left hand-side (It may be my fault that I did not her I am a right-hander) and the tea-spoon handle just facing opposite to where I sat. Not to mention the coffee was too earthy. Do yo think I would enjoy the coffee with such presentation.

Great hot chocolate and they let mum and I split a caramel slice which is good because it's to rich to eat a whole one.
