What Savanna Bernhard likes about Oishii Sushi Bar:
I've been to many restaurants to have sushi but I must say that I've never had a tempura sushi roll that tasted as light and crunchy without that oily aftertaste. The stirfry udon was also very good, albeit a bit small in terms of its portion size considering its price. But apart from that, it was a good experience and I would definitely come again to try something else. View all feedback.

read moreThe sushi rolls at this Brisbane restaurant are praised for being well rolled, nicely decorated, and delicious. Customers recommend opting for the sushi rolls over bowls for better value. The tempura sushi roll is highlighted for its light and crunchy texture without the oily aftertaste. While some mention the portion size being a bit small for the price, overall, the experience is positive. The restaurant is known for its friendly and efficient service, delicious food, and reasonable prices. The outdoor seating is also commended for being warm in winter. The sushi is described as the best in Brisbane, with the spider roll and white dragon roll being recommended favorites. While the interior decor is noted as lacking a traditional Japanese vibe and the furniture as uncomfortable, these details seem minor compared to the overall positive dining experience. Pricing is considered slightly higher than average, but not overly expensive. The recommendation is to book a table in advance, especially for evenings when the restaurant gets busy.
