What Rosemarie Gorczany doesn't like about Chat Tea:
Kirra and I had a high tea at the Chat Tea, both sharing the dragon pearl tea. The tea was very fragrant and sweet. The lady started of our meal with a tea ceremony and brought out our sweets. I saw the deal on groupon. it is quite good worth for a beautiful unique experience. we bought package b. the teezeremonie is beautiful, although we didn't really know what we chose. after the ceremony she explained that this type of tee can not sit more than 10 seconds in hot water to transfer to the other teepot as shown during the ceremony. enjoy the tee of the Dessert stand looks really pretty. the desserts were in order. I enjoyed the jelly and flower shaped bud paste. the mochi had the grats around her as if it came out of a cupcake liner, so asked me if it was from a pre-package (although I often buy and enjoy it) as well as the cookie...read more

I bought a groupon for a Chinese high tea at chat tea, but I forgot it. I had to quickly book the day before he expired, but fortunately they had a lot empty. I'm not sure when the peaks are, but when we were six in the book we were the only people there. the room was nice and quiet while playing soft music. the furniture was beautiful and I went around several times and admired all the teekanne and accessories we had package c so we ordered from the third level of tee, which is usually estimated at $12 a cup. we decided for the dragon-wonder tea and the coworker brought the tee, the food stand and a crippled hot water and began to make the ceremony the tee. Saw the deal on Groupon. It's pretty good value for a pretty unique experience. We bought package B. The tea ceremony is nice even though we didn't really know what we were choosing. After the ceremony she explained that this kind of tea can't sit in hot water for more than 10 secs so to transfer into the other tea pot as she demonstrated during the ceremony. Enjoyed the tea. The dessert stand looks really pretty. The desserts were alright. I enjoyed the jelly and flower shaped bean paste thing. The mochi had ridges all around it like it came out of a cupcake liner so made me wonder if it came out of a pre packaged set (though I do often buy those and enjoy them) as well as the cookie since I also have had them from grocery stores (again, I did like it though). The pot plant looking thing is novel. Not sure what ice cream it was meant to be... It tasted kinda yoghurty though from a sign outside maybe it was meant to be Green Tea. I appreciated the jelly the most. Sitting amongst the tea ware with the traditional music... Felt like I was in ancient China having tea with royalty or something haha. Peaceful experience. The Groupon makes it good value. No problems with the booking. It's not particularly filling like a Western high tea so we did grab a pack of kimbap after from nearby Hanaro Mart. Not a place for young kids though! Heaps of fragile things so save this one to share with your partner or girlfriends! Would come again. instagram.com
