Carl's Jr. West Ipswich - Logan City

After waiting 20 minutes past the expected time for our delivery order at the restaurant, we decided to go in person to collect it. However, the order still hadn't been prepared. I inquired about the wait time, and was simply told "it's coming." In the meantime, I noticed the manager and staff playing some kind of game that involved running back and forth between the freezer/cold room and the front counter. This caused delays for both delivery drivers and waiting customers, which is not a good impression for customer satisfaction.

We have received incorrect orders for the second time in 2 weeks at this restaurant. On both occasions, I ordered a low carb option for the burger due to my wife's gluten intolerance, but both times we were served burgers with buns. As a result, my wife was unable to eat her meal. We are very disappointed with this experience.

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but the lack of staffing and poor management is unacceptable. Every time I have visited, I have had to wait at least 15 minutes for my food in the Drive-Thru. It is frustrating to wait so long for fast food, especially when their shakes and waffle fries are so good. The slow service and long lines of cars waiting can be discouraging. Hopefully, hiring more staff and improving time management can help resolve these issues.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the drive-thru is severely understaffed and poorly managed. Every time I visit, I have to wait at least 15 minutes for my food, even though it's supposed to be fast service. The shakes and waffle fries are amazing, but the slow and consistent service, as well as long waits in line, are a major issue. I hope that hiring more employees and better time management can solve this problem.

That really love eating. we always put a big order and unfortunately there are some paints missing something. we will still go there, but since it happened more than once I will check that everything is there first before I go
