The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the drive-thru is severely understaffed and poorly managed. that really love eating. we always put a big order and unfortunately there are some paints missing something. we will still go there, but since it happened more than once I will check that everything is there first before I go View all feedback.
After waiting 20 minutes past the expected time for our delivery order at the restaurant, we decided to go in person to collect it. However, the order still hadn't been prepared. I inquired about the wait time, and was simply told "it's coming." In the meantime, I noticed the manager and staff playing some kind of game that involved running back and forth between the freezer/cold room and the front counter. This caused delays for both delivery drivers and waiting customers, which is not a good impression for customer satisfaction.
We have received incorrect orders for the second time in 2 weeks at this restaurant. On both occasions, I ordered a low carb option for the burger due to my wife's gluten intolerance, but both times we were served burgers with buns. As a result, my wife was unable to eat her meal. We are very disappointed with this experience.
