They were always perfectly cooked, accompanied by a refreshing mango salsa, thinly sliced cabbage in the Asian slaw, and a nicely balanced chipotle aioli. The dish was light, fresh, and absolutely delightful. However, on my last two visits, I was disappointed. The shrimp were overcooked, the mangoes were dry and lacking in sweetness, and the cabbage was chopped too coarsely and carelessly, which altered the texture completely. The aioli was different this time as well, and there was far too much of it, negatively impacting the flavor profile of the tacos. I’m not sure what has changed, but they used to be so good. It’s such a shame.

When they ran out of margarita mix, he promptly prepared a fresh batch just for us. The staff was not only attentive but also very friendly. The food was tasty, and the queso was our favorite dish. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine!
