I placed my order for 11:00 but only arrived at 11:05. It might be better to order in person when you arrive. The place seemed extremely busy, so I hope they improve the cooking of their chicken.

The staf... read more I placed a pickup order on Grubhub that was confirmed, but when we arrived 30 minutes before closing time at 9:00 PM, everything was already locked up. The staff informed us that they had stopped taking orders by 8:00 PM. It was confusing because they confirmed our order and appeared to be still working, even though they had already closed an hour earlier.

As we drove up to the drive-thru, a friendly young man greeted us. He informed us that the item I wanted was temporarily out of stock, but he was more than happy to suggest alternative options. We chose to wait for our original selection, and both the manager and the drive-thru staff were incredibly accommodating and cheerful, even though they were clearly busy. It was clear they were dealing with a high volume of customers, likely because many people were not in the mood to cook. When our order finally arrived, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Thank you for providing such wonderful service!

I had almost decided to stop going to KFC, but after this visit, I'll definitely be returning!
