This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever experienced! I visited in the afternoon when they weren't busy, yet no one seemed to be tending to either the dining area or the restrooms. If I could give filth place a 10 I would. The floor in the dining room was covered with grease. The tables hadn't been washed in days. The stools were so sticky that you couldn't sit. Then there were the bathrooms. There was vomit on the floor, I flushed toilets, paper towels and trash on the floor. The men's restroom was even worse. Do not take your business here, it would be safer to eat out of the gutter. Truly the dirtiest restaurant I have ever entered. The manager just shrugged off my concerns.
Rude staff, and it never fails there's always something missing from our order. The other night the boy in the drive through was obnoxious. He basically threw the bag at me and in process he about knocked 2 sodas over. It's sad that customer service is no longer needed, so being even just a smidge polite is unheard of these days.
During our visit to the area, we decided to stop for breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like old friends. It was a fantastic place!
I ordered 2 different mcnugget meals, they asked what sauce I would like, I said sweet n sour. When I got my meal and receipt, turns out they charged me for the sauce. I didn't order extra sauce, just one per meal. What's next, ice cost extra too?
Great service. App wasn't working. They solved it and even went out of their way to personally come up to our table and ask if we received everything.Thank you crew!
