Fredrico's Pizza - Logan
Fredrico's Pizza
Description
This neighborhood pizzeria boasts a crisp, often thin crust, inventive specialty pies (Pad Thai among them), house-made ranch and a wide, affordable menu that appeals to students and families alike. The lively, hipster-meets-punk atmosphere and friendly, professional counter service create a warm, vibrant experience. However, quality can be uneven: plain cheese can be underwhelming, calzones may be soggy from excess tomatoes, deliveries sometimes arrive cold, and management/customer service has been described as hit-or-miss. Still, it’s a memorable local spot for specialty slices and garlic bread.

I've been dining at Fredrico's for years, and it’s truly one of my favorite places in town! We particularly love the large ham and pepperoni pizza; the ham they use is absolutely phenomenal! The ham and cheese salad with garlic bread is fantastic as well, and their ranch dressing, which I believe is made in-house, is incredible. You can even buy it by the pint! It's perfect for dipping their delicious garlic bread slices. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the management's attitude. Over the years, they seem to have become a bit jaded and less enthusiastic about serving customers.
My calzone had way too many tomatoes, which caused a lot of juice to pool and made the dough soggy. The cheese pizza was pretty bland and didn’t stand out. Overall, I found it overpriced and overrated.
Love fredricos! We got the large ham and mushroom pizza. Downfall to not eat at the restaurant is the pizza was cold when delivered. The good thing about their pizza is that its great even cold.
