One of them was loudly slamming cabinets and acting quite disrespectfully. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the evening staff have been disappointing.

We orde... read more My experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. We arrived at 10:05 PM, just 25 minutes before closing, with one car ahead of us and one behind. We ordered three strawberry milkshakes, but it was clear that the employee was unhappy we had come in so close to closing time. After taking our order, she instructed us to pull forward and wait for our milkshakes. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes, during which time the two cars in front of us left, and it was now around 10:25 PM. Just as we were about to give up and leave, the worker finally brought out our milkshakes. Unfortunately, one of them spilled all over our car and the driver when she handed them to us, and then she just walked away without saying a word. I’ve spent a lot of money at this establishment, but after last night’s experience, I won’t be returning.

My only issue was with the pretzel bites; the cheese sauce was too watery. It was clear that the bites had been frozen and simply microwaved on-site. I was hoping for something homemade, but unfortunately, these were not worth the money.
