I always use the drive up and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They have recommended flavors many times for me, and in a respectful, polite way which I really appreciate. My daughter and I went for first time Friday morning. The service was horribly slow. Could be because the 4 young girls working were constantly going back and forth between the drive-thru and their other building, leaving the drive-thru empty at times. The efficiency was non-existent. We waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 bagel and the employee tried to charge us $25.13. After complain... View all feedback.

The food here is fantastic, and the service is decent—most of the staff are friendly teenage girls. However, the main issue lies in their pace and work ethic. They tend to take their time and lack a sense of urgency. I stopped coming here because I would call ahead 10 to 15 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my food often wasn't ready. It would then take an additional 10 minutes to prepare just two cream cheese bagels. To the manager, if you're reading this, it would be great to encourage the staff to focus more on their work rather than socializing.
The woman at the counter was really unhelpful and messed up my order completely.
I'm disappointed that the bagels don't taste like they used to. This has always been my favorite place to get them, so it was truly upsetting this morning.
It's been twice I've ordered a zebra with a couple shots I'm sorry but the pony was riding a little light. Girls please don't forget the caffeine.
Extremely slow dt service (20 min) on a low traffic Sunday morning. $30 for 2 medium drinks and 2 bagels. Drinks were packed with ice. The food was incorrect. Got back in line waited another 15 minutes. Just to get the order wrong AGAIN! First and last time coming here.
