Java Stop - Lodi
Java Stop
Description
Despite its promising menu featuring fantastic food and delightful drinks, including a highly praised strawberry lemonade, this restaurant struggles with service consistency. Many patrons report painfully slow drive-thru times, sometimes extending beyond 30 minutes, exacerbated by staff inexperience and distractions. Mistakes in orders, such as incorrect items and subpar temperatures, contribute to customer frustration. While some enjoy friendly service from the youthful staff, others express disappointment in the lack of urgency and efficiency. Ultimately, while the culinary offerings may entice, the service leaves much to be desired, prompting some to seek alternative dining options.

The food here is fantastic, and the service is decent—most of the staff are friendly teenage girls. However, the main issue lies in their pace and work ethic. They tend to take their time and lack a sense of urgency. I stopped coming here because I would call ahead 10 to 15 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my food often wasn't ready. It would then take an additional 10 minutes to prepare just two cream cheese bagels. To the manager, if you're reading this, it would be great to encourage the staff to focus more on their work rather than socializing.
The woman at the counter was really unhelpful and messed up my order completely.
I'm disappointed that the bagels don't taste like they used to. This has always been my favorite place to get them, so it was truly upsetting this morning.
It's been twice I've ordered a zebra with a couple shots I'm sorry but the pony was riding a little light. Girls please don't forget the caffeine.
