T... read more The food here is fantastic, and the service is decent—most of the staff are friendly teenage girls. However, the main issue lies in their pace and work ethic. They tend to take their time and lack a sense of urgency. I stopped coming here because I would call ahead 10 to 15 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my food often wasn't ready. It would then take an additional 10 minutes to prepare just two cream cheese bagels. To the manager, if you're reading this, it would be great to encourage the staff to focus more on their work rather than socializing.

G... read more Extremely slow dt service (20 min) on a low traffic Sunday morning. $30 for 2 medium drinks and 2 bagels. Drinks were packed with ice. The food was incorrect. Got back in line waited another 15 minutes. Just to get the order wrong AGAIN! First and last time coming here.
