Enjoyed our lunch at Cappuccinos. We were 5 in the group and ordered ribs and wings, steak and chips, Mexican pizza, alfredo fettuccine and a hamburger. It was good food, everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was also good. So would go back when in the area again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cappuccinos Springs Mall:
Was out celebrating with family. 1st of all went to the bathroom and it was a mess and spoiled the whole evening. I had to go to the Mall's bathroom and no one came to apologise about it. I had short rib and I feel it was burnt and the other order was a Sirloin steak and was very dry. The chicken breast was the only thing that we felt was fresh and well cooked. I changed my rating and this is why. I had a bad experience at Cappuccinos but received a personal apology from the owner and that he will deal with the issue, just taking the time out of your day to respond to me as a customer meant a lot. What a dissapointment!!!! Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. 1x Cappos special( NO SALAMI OR BACON IN SIGHT!! . 1× sweet chilli beef( about 8 strips on whole pizza and 1× Athena with extra bacon. Cost R619 for 3 pizzas. Sorry to say but money wasted!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
The food was very greasy and did not meet the usual standard, but the waitress was lovely. The service was for dining in and the meal type was brunch. The price per person was between R 100–150.
The service was adequate, but the atmosphere left much to be desired.
