The service was great and a fantastic spot for the little kiddos. There's a great play area and the kids can make their own pizzas and build their own sundaes which was a hit with my 4 year old. What User doesn't like about Papachinos Boksburg:
The food is amazing but the service was very bad. I had to ask the manager 3 times for help to order, and on the 3rd time, i asked for his assistance with a waiter and said I'm so thirty and waiter has not been by us as asked he then had taken my order. Then, when we received our bill, there were things on our bill that did not belong to us, and the waiter wanted to argue with us about it. This really was a bad visit... View all feedback.

My most favorite place to relax and enjoy good food and company! Waiters are professional and so is their managers. The atmosphere is wonderful. My kids enjoy the menu and play area. Ample parking and there is wheelchair access. Overall I am a very happy customer

I really enjoyed the experience, Mike our waiter provided us with the best service as he would always check on us to see if we are still fine. The food was amazing and the environment as well, very chilled.
Never disappointed when I visit Papachinos Boksburg. The food is always amazing no matter what you order, the service is great and waiters are very friendly. Their Rocky Road dessert is to die for! Definitely give it a try. Love this place.
