my wife and I lived in loddon for a few years and we find that the kings head is part of the community. the atmosphere, the bar staff, the eating, the local, the family members supplement the family participation. it feels just different and more inviting than other local facilities. Well done the King's Head, we were there the first night of the stricter covid rules and the kitchen was still operating well and there was still a warm welcome.
Nice friendly pub one of the best on the broads great food and live music
Awesome pub/shrine to the '66 World footy cup which as a 'too young ' guy learning to sail with the Green Wyvern yachting club we were allowed into the side room to watch it and have a shandy. Returned just once with my teenage kids just a few years ago to find all the memorabilia in fantastic display cabinets...the beer n food never tasted sweeter! Congrats and my compliments to the landlord.
A great area outside to sit and have a meal and drinks all with safe distancing in mind
I had a wonderful evening with the local crowd. The live band was incredible!
