Amazing pizza. It is hard to describe the perfect pizza, sometimes the preferences are different, but I have eaten here several times and now decided it is my favorite pizza in West New York. Large fluffy, slightly chewing crust, perfect sauce/cheese ratio. Great. I asked my wife to check and she's right. This place will be on our regular rotation from now on!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mark's Pizzeria:
Your costume service is terrible. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni w/extra cheese. They delivered a pure cheese pizza. If we wanted to tell them, they wouldn't correct their mistakes. Shift management explains because we order extra cheese it breaks down the pepperoni that is complete bs! They didn't want to admit the mistake. Will not order from here again!! View all feedback.
I love this pizza but they don't just have pizza I would have to say they have a bit of stuff for almost every one and with me and my family visiting friends and family we had to get pizza from them because when we use to live in WNY we loved it so wesaid that we had to have there pizza any time we come to NY because they are on our top ten best places to get food so if youare by mark's pizza you need to stop by and get a slice or even more
Their staff has an attitude, and they deliver cold food and then blame you. You can pay $80 for food yet they can't deliver it warm. They make you wait an hour and a half then tell you that in order to get hot food you need to send back that food and nowwait another hour and a half to get food and then maybe it will be hot. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They also hang up on customers.DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS!!!!.
I?ve had good cauliflower pizza but last time we ordered cheese fries and a sheet pizza. Our doorbell wasn?t working but we watched the tracker and the door. Thought it was weird it took so long. I looked outside and on the wet ground, the order wasthere. I thought maybe they would call if no one answered. It was so horrible; fries were ice cold and pizza, while I normallylove to eat cold, tasted really bad. Wasn?t finished (truly am insane thing for our house). Way, way too expensive to do thisagain.

Very slow on delivery I get a text saying subs out for delivery and they will not arrive for another 30 min ordered subs toasted roll was not toasted my stinger sub bun was all soggy no cookies slips show cookies and still not there this is not a 1 timething either ordered 2 different times same problem both times will not be going back
