What Nathan A doesn't like about White Castle:
Not the greatest of visits the last couple times I've been to this location. And I don't come here often so you think a change of staff might change the outcome. I try to place my family's order I understand it's a custom crave case but how hard is it to understand what 4 6 20 is? We had to go as far as writing down our order for them to understand it. It's White Castle, what can I say. I almost always get the jalepeno cheeseburger. Fries are usually good. But there was a time frame when they did not cook them enough. View all feedback.
