My family and I came in for coffee and donuts and Lily was so friendl... read more This review is for Lily, the lovely young lady at the counter at Lock Haven Dunkin Donuts! My family and I came in for coffee and donuts and Lily was so friendly, patient, attentive, and funny with my two boys who were taking their sweet time picking out donuts. She was accommodating for our coffee requests and generally just a joy to speak to! Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge our great experience which was strictly because of Lily’s sweet and kind demeanor. Especially because I’ve encountered many unfriendly, rude, dismissive, and inattentive employees at this location recently. This was a great visit! I hope Lily is recognized for what she brings to the store, because employees make or break the experience for a customer, and I know I’m not the only one who thinks so!

Asking for a cup of ice hoping to get a little more of the latte cause let 's admit Dunkin we 're buying the drink NOT the ice. So when I asked why I paid for HALF of a latte the employee told me that I got the correct amount and because I got my ice separate. I will say that okay y 'all probably do have said correct amounts, but ill tell ya I poured my ice into that latte AND IT STILL WASNT A FULL MEDIUM as I paid for. This is probably my second maybe third negative remark on any page but when your looked at like you 're a crazy Karen and you 're actually NOT I feel the need to vent. Shoulda taken a pic but I 'm sure I 'm not the only one that feels this way and if I am I 'm fine with that too.

Was told she couldn't put the other stuff (powder, drizzle) without the whipped cream there. Should've waited until i got to my home Dunkin who does this without question literally never had an issue ordering this before today.

Never get your order right. Always ask for less ice and they fill it up to the top anyways. How cheap can you really be at a billion dollar company.
