Shula's - Feedback

What dnabears n doesn't like about Shula's:
This restaurant was absolutely terrible! The service was nonexistent and the food was of poor quality, comparable to McDonald's (although McDonald's might even be better). You have to order by scanning a code, and the staff does not check on you to see if you need anything else or how your meal is tasting. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and it is disgraceful that they carry the Shula's name. View all feedback. What Ms likes about Shula's:
The food and service were fantastic. The prices were a bit high, but that's typical for an airport restaurant. Our server was very friendly and nice. The burgers were delicious, and the fries were fantastic. View all feedback.
