We went out to dinner last week at a very nice restaurant with good French music setting the tone. I loved the ambiance from the moment we walked in. We started with a salmon cake as an appetizer, which was tasty but a bit lacking in quantity and flavor. My fillet, cooked perfectly to my liking, was delicious.
