I ordered the Impossible nuggets, which are advertised on their website as coming with 10 pieces and a dip. However, I only received 8 pieces and they began to argue with me about the dip, despite the fact that I had already paid for it. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund through online customer service, but the staff didn’t acknowledge or apologize for their error.
