Was Anonym at Clark's Kafe a mag?
I am definitely a fan of this restaurant. The ambiance is a major highlight, with lovely lantern lighting that resembles tin stars hanging from the high ceilings throughout the establishment. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Clark's Kafe:
We've Eaten here many times over the years. Recently it has been under new ownership. I'm sure there's a learning curve to opening up a restaurant. But we've gone twice now. Very disappointing both times. The first time it took a very long time to get our food. The cook called in sick, so the waitress was cooking. The owner was waiting. Very unprofessional, not seeming to know anything about owning a restaurant. Many complaints that day from customers, their food not cooked, etc. The last time, not very many people eating there this day. (Word gets around). Cold day. Furnace not working. Owner was there. Didn't seem too concerned about it. Soup was just warm. Portions have gotten smaller and not very good anymore. Personally,I would not recommend this restaurant anymore to anyone.
I like fried chicken....but not with Fly's. The food was ok but the many fly's in the area, general....flying around, really turned me off. I see fly's and I think dirty.....and the people working seems to not be aware of all of the fly's. The Asian woman was good, she seemed like she didn't want to be at the place.....like, I'm here because I kind find anything better.
The owner is a friendly fellow with big city ideas and with the community help and loyalty this big heart will last a long time, employing great long term staff where everyone knows your name. Great value good food and excellent service
