Despite requests for accommodat... read more After waiting an hour for service that came out longer than desired, the food lived up to our expectations stale and disgusting. Despite requests for accommodations and negotiations, the staff played their part and remained hostile and ineffective to the end. We do not recommend anything, but especially the vegan cachopo, which, smelling a terrible smell, makes you wonder how they could have missed it since all their menu is thawed. Worst of all, they offered us this experience for the modest sum of 26 euros just for the cachopo. Even though we reported twice that we didn't like it and asked for the dish to be taken in its entirety in the kitchen, the managers were unfriendly and inflexible. You get a table and after a while you ask for a snack and they completely forget about you and to top it off the waiters tell you that your partner should serve you. A shame Service: 1 Location: 4
