This restaurant is not completely vegan, as they offer ice cream and chocolate. The service was excellent, and the cake I had was delicious. I even got a side of liquid chocolate that was amazing. The restaurant has small indoor seating areas, but they also have comfortable outdoor seating which is suitable even in winter. View all feedback.
The Vigo sorbetto ice cream (is an all vegan gellatery with over 15 unique freshly made flavours with coconut, rice oat milk) Flavours we tried: Coconut Stracciatella
They have sorbets that are vegan and a chocolate orange ice cream too. It was sooo good. More like sorbet than ice cream but still so delicious.
This restaurant was a disappointment. The staff were unfriendly, especially a skinny woman with a bob haircut. The counter was dirty, with spoons left on it without tissue. The ice cream cones were not filled properly, causing them to melt quickly and make a mess. The staff had a terrible attitude and gave us the wrong order without apologizing. We had to pay for a replacement ice cream after returning the first one. I would not recommend VIGO to anyone.
I decided to visit this restaurant because the vegan Vigo Sorbetto on Kongresni Trg was closed. I was not very impressed. This place serves typical vegan gelato like dark chocolate and a couple of fruit sorbets. They also had a vegan cake that looked decent, although it was a bit expensive at €5.40 for a slice. There was a sign recommending that vegans and lactose intolerant individuals go to the vegan Vigo Sorbetto across the river.
I tried the saffron mango and salted pistachio desserts. My favorite was the salted pistachio. I also sampled the delicious dark chocolate and the tasty peanut, which tasted just like peanut butter.
