We went there for a celebratory meal and after years of previous visits were totally disappointed. The whole thing about the place has totally changed including the chefs I think as the meals we got were nowhere near as good as on previous visits. I have never had a bad meal from Ming Cottage. Even though I am moving further away, I still come back here. They drive 5 miles to pick up my order, as the takeaways near us do not compare in quality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has not tried it before. The restaurant, although a little dated, is clean and welcoming. This will be my last takeaway from Ming Cottage before Christmas. I am excited to try their new year menu as well.
I can honestly say it is the best Chinese food that I have tried, it is a family business with an amazing atmosphere when the restaurant is busy. eating is fresh and of quality. I am happy to go back to christmas and nye
The dining experience was fantastic and the staff treated us like we were part of their own family. I will definitely return to this restaurant. It's been a while since I've had such a delicious meal.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over ten years, and it is hands down the best Chinese food I have ever had! The staff always treats us like family and the experience is simply amazing!
The place where I first delighted in proper chinese food. I really loved my experiences here as a child and have been going there every special occasion for 15 years. Beautiful restaurant with a lovely staff.
