Subway - Liverpool

Filled the sandwich as much as possible and it is located in a really comfortable place

My son and I have appeared on Monday night and I only ordered the vegan meatball to say they had none. I understand that places can run out of the things and do, especially against the end of the day, but the man who served us...not even apologise. I rejected his offer from a Veggie Patty [yuck] and said I would leave it. my son then ordered a thun-fish melt and the man did not ask if he wanted to roast it and just hand it over cold. I should have given more attention, but was busy asking me where I could get something to eat, and my son was too clumsy to tell him. the note was somehow in the name; tuna melt!

I eat subways regularly in town and have tried this one in the past. It isn't the best. Staff seem a bit unprofessional at times, my last visit a sandwich artist was chatting to a family member instead of serving and the cashier was fixated...on their phone when ringing up the order (they forgot to charge 20p extra for a salad due to lack of concentration which is the only plus). Food also doesn't taste as nice as others. For example, the meatballs tasted slightly off and came with next to no sauce (other subways give out lots of sauce generally) and some of the veg, like tomatoes, are soggy. It appeared that the black tub holding them was drenched in water/liquid. Other subways do crispy and fresh tasting veg. I suspect, though have no proof, that this branch cuts corners to save money (they typically try and upsell too which is a hint).

There was one member of staff on duty at 9.25 on the 24/10/2018. She had no manners how to speak to me. She was very disgraceful and said very horrible things to me. English not my first language but I lived in Liverpool over 13...years and has never been spoken like this. She does not deserve to work in this place. This subway location is in the heart of liverpool but staff are always racially abusive.

Subway worst I ever had and I had many really mean with portions of meat had not disturbed to measure the huh until I expressed the concern in amounts that have eaten with sweet and salates only my sandwich and it was dry...and in ingredients lacked hard in customer service will not be back!
