Costa Coffee - Liverpool

Beautiful small hotel in queens drive retail park is the customer service good, fast and helpful. there is a large amount of space to sit down and enjoy at midday, by itself or with others. tables are clean, chairs are comfortable and the environment relax.

Nice clean Costa with seating indoor and out. Staff are helpful and polite. Queues can get long with staff looking busy. Parking is the main issue, or rather access too and from the car park. As this costs shares its parking with 2 supermarkets, a hotel and a steak house, it can get busy entering and leaving. For me it's a place to go after doing my weekly shop, but with the traffic issues I don't think I would make a trip to only get a coffee.

Love Costa in general. Also with the restrictions you can enjoy the Costa experience. Staff where brilliantly ask customers to stand back when you keep us all safe and social distance. Food and drinks are amazing for a treat.
