What Amanda Davis likes about Cinnamon:
surprisingly low prices for the location. good food and service. we had coffee and then went back to lunch with a friend, after lunch drinks were a little slow, but we got free cookies and the drinks were not a fee when the delay was realized (we had not complained to us). Very slow service. Phone orders take priority over queuing customers. And if you want any breakfast make sure you go before 8.30am otherwise they run out. Dont get why they dont order more stock View all feedback.

read moreCinnamon Café offers a convenient escape in Liverpool's bustling business district, known for its clean environment and friendly staff. Customers find the prices surprisingly affordable, with a variety of tasty options, including sandwiches and pastries. While some enjoy prompt service during busy hours, others report frustrating delays as phone orders often take precedence over in-person customers, leading to long queues. Inconsistencies in food quality—such as cold beans and greasy breakfasts—have been noted. However, patrons appreciate the complimentary items provided during service lapses, reflecting the café's commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, with a bit of improvement, Cinnamon could easily elevate its standing in the local dining scene.
