Despite facing the challenges of the pandemic over the last two years, my wife and I have always found comfort in dining at Posada. The food and service are truly phenomenal. On Mother's Day, we were blown away by the creativity and delicious flavors of the appetizers and entrees we ordered. Our server, Ody, was professional and friendly, and the owners, Eduardo, Blanca, and their son, Alexsis, always make us feel welcome. We consider them to be sincere friends. The guacamole blackened shrimp appetizer was recommended by our server and it did not disappoint. The king ranch enchiladas, blackened shrimp tostadas, and Mahi-Mahi tacos were all beautifully presented and bursting with fresh and complex flavors. Eduardo Blanca's creativity is evident not only in the food, but also in the ambiance of the restaurant. Posada is truly a gem in the Tri-Valley area. We look forward to returning for another delicious meal. Thank you to the Posada family for a wonderful dining experience.
